The Youth Ministry of First United Methodist Church Elgin, has decided to rename their group to represent what they are trying to do as a youth ministry. So quit calling us just a youth group, we are now God’s Workforce.

“Changing lives through Discipleship”

The monthly plan of action includes:
One week of church service projects.
Two weeks of Bible Study and S.A.L.T. (fun leadership training)
One week of Food, Fun and Fellowship hosted by a church member.
Fifth Sunday, dedicated to family time.
We have 3 retreats, events and Mission Trips planned:
February 3-5 Camp Tejas in Giddings, Texas.
April 1-2 District Youth Rally in Seguin, Tx. and Sunday worship at
New Fountain UMC with Rev. Joyce McCormick.
June 10-16th IMPACT MISSION TRIP. (More information to follow)
