First United Methodist Church’s Praise Team brings contemporary Christian music to the 9:00 a.m. worship service each Sunday morning. They are a diverse group of enthusiastic singers and musicians of all ages who are united by our love for sharing the gospel message with inspired and uplifting song. We recognize and celebrate the fact that there are a variety of gifts in Christ’s body. Some have been given musical gifts that are to be used to bring blessings and encouragement to the church.
If you have a heart that longs to worship God and you are drawn to Him as you use your musical gifts, then we would love to meet with you to discuss participation in the Praise Team.
You don’t need to be able to read music to sing with us. Just bring your joy of music and fellowship!
